Heat oil in a pan and add sliced onion, fennel seeds and curry leaves.
Cook with the pan covered and stir in between till onion turns brown in color.
Add ginger garlic paste, green chilli and cook for 2-3 min.
Add red chilli, turmeric, coriander powder, pepper powder, garam masala, salt and cook for 2-3 min.
Mix all the ingredients to marinate. Add little water into it and make it to a paste
Add mutton pieces into it and mix well
Pressure cook it till mutton is cooked.
Add cooked mutton and mix well.
Cook with the pan covered in medium flame till oil starts appearing on top. Serve hot
